Congratulations: Michael Vale-Simon Laxton, the team at Events in the Sky Australia, Vino Paradiso & the crew at the Cruise Bar, on the spectacular Sydney harbour launch of “Dinner in the Sky,” a 22 seat floating restaurant fying high above Circular Quay.

Operating for over 10 years on a world stage throughout 45 countries, Dinner in the Sky specialises in creating some of the most unique and iconic dining events, cocktail parties, product launches, wedding receptions and bespoke event experiences, and has attracted attention from the world’s finest Michelin Star chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Joel Rubuchon.
As appointed Australia and New Zealand consultant, Michael Vale and his team were responsible in overseeing the spectacular Sydney harbor launch in conjunction with Vino Paradiso and the Cruise Bar at Circular Quay in late 2017.
The unique four-day event drew local and international media coverage, seen on national TV.
Dinner in the sky is a unique marketing and event tool, and summer 2018 will see a week long Sydney beachfront event.
