The Macchiato Bar project at 338 Pitt Street Sydney was a total reinvention and re-launching of a prime mid-city Cafe operation, including the installation and marketing of a small Wood Fire Pizza Oven.
This opened up a whole new market and increased the business turn over well in excess of 40%.
A new refurbishment-new menus and occasional live music makes the Macchiato Bar one of the most successful operations in the lower half of the Sydney CBD today.
