ARIANA’S PLACE

70 KING STREET NEWTOWN

70 King street Newtown was once the home of an iconic Café operation known as The Urban Bite, on the university end of King street. Sadly, this business did not survive covid.

Michael Vale and Co totally re-invented the iconic operation into Ariana’s Place, named after his client’s daughter.

We had a spectacular Tuesday night launch, with many local business identities on board. The footprint represents Newton’s only street front open courtyard, and this area was totally re-invented with retractable roof and new terrazzo tile flooring and custom created artwork and murals
