Michael Vale was the founder and creator of this Californian styled gourmet Pizza based concept.With 3 Sydney metropolitan locations, Double Bay, Crows Nest and Brighton Beach.
All stores were equipped with a fully computerised home delivery service and each seating in excess of 250 patrons with Brighton Beach claiming to be the largest of its kind in Australia, with a seating capacity in excess of 400 and on-site parking for over 220 cars.
The company was involved the exportation of the concept into a 5 star luxury resort in Fiji.
