THE YARDHOUSE
The Yardhouse Sydney was the total reinvention and refurbishment of a prime CBD Hotel located at the corner of George and Hay St, in the heart of Haymarket in Sydney’s Cinema Restaurant and Theatre Entertainment precincts.
Originating as the Paddy McGuire’s Irish Pub, it took on a whole new dimension and significantly increased the numerous avenues of revenue associated with this prime location.
We brought in a great young chef, who worked under the guidance of Gordon Ramsey in London.
